Research Interests
Our research theme is mainly concerned with synthesis and characterization of coordination chemistry of transition metals and their applications in catalysis and biology, involving inorganic, organic syntheses and extensive use of crystallography, NMR spectroscopy, FT-IR spectroscopy, UV/Vis spectroscopy, electrochemistry, SEM and so on. The main research activities in our group cover following three areas:

Bioinspired novel energy materials
Iron complexes and their biological applications
Transition metal complexes and their catalysis on the activation of C-H bond
